Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about booking, printing, delivering and proving a Melbourne flyer campaign.
How fast can Melbourne Flyers start distribution?+
With print-ready artwork, walkers are on the street within 3 business days. If we're printing your flyers too, allow 5–7 business days from booking to first delivery.
Do you cover all of Melbourne?+
Yes. Every metropolitan postcode from Werribee to Frankston to Croydon, plus the inner suburbs and CBD. Regional Victoria available on request.
How do I know my flyers were actually delivered?+
Every walker carries a GPS device. You receive a live tracking link during the campaign and a completion report with route maps, timestamps and delivery photos.
Can I split a campaign across multiple weeks or suburbs?+
Yes — any campaign over 10,000 pieces can be scheduled in waves. This is useful for testing offers, matching stock availability or maintaining top-of-mind awareness.
Do I have to print with you?+
No. You can drop off finished flyers to our Collingwood depot or courier them in. Printing is an optional add-on if you'd rather do everything in one booking.
What sizes and paper stocks do you print?+
DL, A6, A5 and A4, on 120gsm Bond, 150gsm Gloss or Satin, 250gsm Gloss and 300gsm Gloss. Single or double sided.
What's the difference between solus and shared distribution?+
Solus (standalone) puts your flyer in the letterbox by itself — highest response rate. Shared walks bundle your flyer with 1–3 non-competing flyers to lower the per-drop cost.
Is there a minimum order?+
Yes — 1,000 pieces is the minimum. Below that the per-drop cost of routing a walker becomes uneconomical.
Do you avoid 'no junk mail' letterboxes?+
Yes. Australian Catalogue Association guidelines are followed on every walk. Letterboxes marked 'No Junk Mail' are skipped; 'No Advertising Material' is treated the same way.
How do I pay?+
Card or bank transfer. Invoice is issued at booking and payable before distribution starts.
