How the 1:30pm Cutoff Actually Works
Same-day printing only works if there's genuinely enough of the day left to print, finish, and get your job out the door, whether that's dispatch, courier, or same-day distribution. 1:30pm is the point past which that's no longer realistic to guarantee, not an arbitrary number.
Submitting the form is the first step, not the last one. Once we have your request, we'll follow up by email and phone to confirm the details we still need and to take payment. Same-day printing is locked in once that confirmation happens, which means the faster you reply to that follow-up, the more likely your job makes the cutoff.
What to Include in Your Request
The single biggest factor in whether a same-day order actually makes the cutoff is how complete your first message is. A request that already answers the obvious questions gets confirmed faster than one that needs three follow-up emails to pin down. Include:
- Product type: flyer, brochure, pamphlet, or something else.
- Size: DL, A6, A5, A4, or another format.
- Quantity: how many pieces you need.
- Service type: printing and delivery, or printing and distribution, so we know what happens to the job once it's off the press.
If your artwork is ready, mention that too. A same-day job with print-ready artwork attached moves faster than one where artwork still needs to be finalised.
What Qualifies for Same-Day Printing
- Flyers, brochures, and pamphlets in standard sizes (DL, A6, A5, A4)
- Orders where print-ready artwork is supplied at the time of submission or shortly after
- Printing paired with same-day or next-day distribution, or printing only for pickup or courier
- Standard paper stocks held in current supply
